“Sindy is amazing. She comes from a place of authentic self that is so powerful. While her work is serious, her no-BS delivery is a hoot!”

Meet a true Southern rootworker.
I am Auntie Sindy Todo—a conjurer, spiritual coach, energy worker, healer, intuitive, and card and bone reader who also serves as a spiritual bridge between realms.
I was born and raised on the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast, and my ancestral gumbo is the foundation of my rootwork. My gifts, passed down from my Cajun and Lebanese grandmothers, fully reflect this unique and wonderful blend of cultures.
However, I’m a practical gal, too. In the other part of my life, I’m an accountant who helps businesses of all kinds: That work has given me a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of entrepreneurs and other small-business owners. I thrive on creativity, listening and living in spirit—applying that little bit of magic that can transform the ordinary into extraordinary, creating movement and momentum. (I should note that I’m not excessively creative when it comes to my accounting work, though. You can get in trouble for that!)
At the heart of everything I do is a genuine love for helping people; it is an honor to activate and connect them to what they are seeking, empowering them to move in new directions. I am rooted in positivity (as if you couldn’t tell already), and firmly believe that one should humbly approach life’s situations with generosity and gratitude.
Giving back
I also believe strongly in serving the community: I am known for my work with St. Joseph and my annual Feast Day petition altar and charity fundraising event, which helps honor our ancestors and feed those who are less fortunate.
Each year on March 19, a tiered altar is built and traditional foods, sweets, and breads are prepared. A side altar is dedicated with images of those who have passed. Dating from the Middle Ages, this tradition provides an opportunity to both commemorate the past and create a better future.
You are invited to send me your petitions, photos, offerings, or most sincere intentions, which will be dressed, blessed, placed on the altar and prayed on for the next year. This is a complimentary service.
Donations to support this effort are welcome—however, they are not required to submit something for the altar. You can also give to the West Seattle Food Bank; donation links are below, or feel free to contact me to learn more.
